"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

The definition of a devious thought would be one that is not straight forward... I really don't see what that pertains to for the simple fact that nothing in life is straight forward... so I should really just say something in general and it would be a devious thought.... but Im rambling and dictionary.com says that rambling is a synonym... so this is a devious thought
